Description: This delightful dining table and chairs were designed and manufactured by british cabinet maker gplan in the mid-twentieth century. G plan furniture has been noted for many years for its sound construction and excellent design. G plan - e. Gomme ltd was based in high wycombe, england, a major center of british furniture manufacturing. The company was revered for its range of high-quality sideboards, tables, and other cabinet goods and for pioneering the concept of furniture sets designed and made to match. The rarely seen dining table has two large extending leaves that slide out to create an extension when required, the table comfortably accommodates the six chairs including two carvers. The piece has a beautiful teak grain, warm tones, and rich colors. Item sku: Condition: We have carefully cleaned and re-polished this dining suite to preserve its natural original appearance.
