Pitcher – Colored enameled glass – FT Legras

3580 – pitcher – colored enameled glass – ft legras pitcher from the verreries & cristalleries de saint denis pantin and quatre chemins réunies, whose director at the age of 27 was the master glassmaker françois théodore legras (1839 -1916). Unsigned but shape, color and decoration listed in the michel et vitrat book of 2012 page 176. In pink glass, ovoid shape with fine ribs on a pedestal, enameled with roses with stem and leaves surrounded by gold highlights. Handle and foot in white glass. Neck and edge of the foot speckled with gold. Presence of a few small air bubbles in between, trace of the polished pontil. In good condition and without chip. Beautiful glassware item, unusual unlike the vases sought after and collected. Height 283 mm X 104 mm. Weight 600 g. Careful and tracked shipping.
