Herbert E. gibbs mid century chest of drawers

A stunning piece of vintage mid century furniture in a four drawer chest by the cabinet makers Herbert E Gibbs. The chest consists of four hand crafted drawers with each one having superb dove tail jointing and each one offering excellent storage, on each drawer front there are two original wooden pull handles. The cabinet has been hand crafted by Herbert E. Gibbs and bears their metal makers plaque on the back of the chest along with the catalog number for the cabinet as 764. The chest is an amazing piece of mid century furniture with a wonderful look and styling and a gorgeous rich color that would suit any home or environment. Dimensions h 37 inches w 30 inches d 16 inches. Condition the chest is made of solid wood with an oak veneer and is in superb condition hand sanded back to the original wood then waxed and polished.
