Wooden folding chair

In addition to being pretty, with its light varnished wood and harmonious shapes, this folding chair is very practical: once folded, it takes up little space and will easily be stored under a bed, or behind a piece of furniture. It can therefore be used around the dining table or on the terrace, or simply as a side chair. It probably dates from the 80s or maybe a little before, it is made of solid wood, beech it seems to me. It is in good structural condition, solid and stable, no corrosion on the hinges, folds and unfolds easily. But it has some traces of its age and the use that has been made of it: some marks and stains, including small gaps on the varnish. Folded, it is 90 cm high, 43 cm wide and 8 cm thick. Unfolded, it measures 79 cm in height, 45 cm in seat height, about 40 cm deep and its encroachment on the ground is a rectangle of 50 cm by 43 cm. It weighs between 2 and 3 kg.
