These are 2 absolutely beautiful oil paintings behind glass. Painted c.1950's, they depict vintage italian village life, very well painted mounted on white mount board in their original black frames. The artist, thought to be from the east midlands area, is very talented. These pictures draw in your eye and encourage you to see the details, the dappled shade effect is very realistic.
