Napoleon III flap secretary

Straight secretary desk for ladies in the shape of a weekly planner, with Napoleon III flap in rosewood marquetry decorated with bronzes. The facade and sides are curved. There are four real drawers and three false drawers which release a leather-covered flap. The top is white marble. In the photo a handle is missing, it was recovered and another reattached. Inside the body, once the marble and the marble support have been removed, we find newspaper dating from 1885 stuck to the wood, the date of manufacture.
