This modernist armchair was manufactured by the Danish company Farstrup Møbler in the 1970s. The frame is made of solid beech wood in a chocolate colour. The seat and back cushions are covered in high-quality natural brown leather. They are secured using the holes in the backrest. The shape of the armchair is light and very comfortable. The contoured shape of the armrests enhances comfort during use. The modernist design of the furniture means it can be the focal point of many arrangements. The brand's history dates back to 1910. Initially, Farstrup was established as a sawmill near the beautiful forests of Langesø. The company's mission is to create and build, often to order, high-quality furniture that enhances quality of life. Each piece of furniture is unique and reflects the heritage of 1910, passed down through generations. The common thread of all Farstrup furniture is the precious wood (usually over 100 years old), craftsmanship quality, and only the best leathers and fabrics. Farstrup furniture is Danish craftsmanship, and the wood from the factory passes through countless skilled hands. Craftsmanship comes first and is always made 100% in Denmark. The armchair is in its original vintage condition. The leather shows signs of aging, changes in pigmentation, and minor scratches. It has a natural patina. The seat height is 42 cm. We have a second armchair of this type in a separate offer, which is slightly taller. The colours of the products shown in the photos may differ slightly from the actual ones. This is due to individual monitor settings and lighting conditions – the photos were taken in artificial light, which may affect the perception of colours. However, we strive to ensure that the photos reflect the actual appearance of the product as faithfully as possible. The offer may include photos of the item in a living space, but these are for illustrative purposes only.
