Victorian English two-tier stand in solid wood.

Two-tiered side table in late Victorian or Edwardian style, made of solid wood stained a warm brown — probably walnut or mahogany. The square top (27 X 27 cm) is highlighted by a peripheral moulding and chamfered edges, surmounting a frieze with horizontal fluting typical of English production around the turn of the 20th century. Four slender S-shaped legs articulate around a central fluted column, giving the piece a light and airy silhouette. A lower cushion-shaped shelf with concave sides connects the legs at mid-height, providing a second level for display. The object shows signs of wear consistent with its age: slight cracks on the top and frieze, natural darkening of the wood at the joints. These marks of time attest to the authenticity and actual use of the piece, without compromising its structural integrity. Height 110 cm, top 27 X 27 cm. Weight 2 kg, easy to move.
