Octagonal Murano glass mirror, vintage Venetian etched floral design, signed

An exquisite vintage Venetian Murano glass mirror, featuring an elaborate octagonal design, delicate etched floral decorations and beautifully handcrafted glass ornaments. This remarkable Italian mirror combines traditional Venetian craftsmanship with an elegant, highly decorative silhouette. The generously proportioned central mirror is surrounded by eight mirrored panels, each embellished with delicate floral and scrolling engravings. Intricately twisted clear and champagne-coloured glass rods frame the panels, creating a wonderful play of light and reflection. At each corner, sculptural handmade Murano glass flowers and decorative glass elements add depth, texture and a distinctly romantic character. The subtle golden tones of the glass, together with the aged mirrored surfaces, give this piece a beautifully atmospheric appearance. An especially interesting detail is the visible handwritten signature on one of the decorative mirrored panels. The mirror also retains its original red and gold Made in Murano Italy label.
