Antique workshop or factory shelving unit / industrial shelving unit made of cast iron assembled with angle brackets and hot rivets, in the Eiffel style. Made around 1950. With a beautiful original oxidized patina, the unit is heavy, very sturdy, and perfectly stable. It features five new solid oak shelves and rests on four functional metal casters. In good overall condition, the removable shelves are held securely within the metal frame. Ideal as a bookcase in a living room or bedroom, it will fit perfectly into an industrial or loft-style decor. Visible signs of age: marks consistent with age and use. No deformation of the metal.
