Coffee table by Coen de Vries for Gispen, Netherlands 1950

A modern coffee table designed by coen de vries, manufactured by gispen in the netherlands around 1950. This lovely table is made of high quality chrome with black lacquered metal with a teak wooden top. A nice minimalist design that can add a modern touch to any decor! The warm brown top contrasts nicely to the clear, bright metal frame which gives it a nice elegant appeal. It remains in good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, the top has some user marks, though adding nicely to it’s patina.
