Eastern bloc Vintage sofa by Mier Topolčany, Czechoslovakia, 1970´s

This vintage sofa is a typical example of furniture design of the 1970/1980´s in the former czechoslovakia. It was made by mier topolčany company in the 1970´s. The sofa is based on a strong molding upholstered with pur foam. Thanks to the materials used, the sofa is comfortable. The sofa can easily be folded into a comfortable double bed. In good preserved condition, showing signs of age and using (a few faded spots on the fabric). The sofa has been machine cleaned. Dimensions of the sofa: Height: 92 cm. Lenght: 222 cm. Depth: 87 cm. Seat height: 40 cm. Sleeping area: 118 X 195 cm.
