Padded stool Jindřich Halabala, Czechoslovakia, around 1950

An original vintage upholstered stool, attributed to Jindřich Halabala, produced in Czechoslovakia around 1950. The stool features an unusual rounded sculptural shape divided into padded segments radiating from a central padded button. A decorative braided cord highlights each individual section and creates the characteristic radial appearance of the piece. The stool is built on a wooden base with four wooden legs and retains its original brown upholstery and authentic vintage character. A distinctive vintage design from Central Europe, suitable as an occasional seat, footrest, vanity stool, or decorative accent.
