A pair of moulded pressed glass candlesticks from the Art Deco period. Geometric lines, symmetry, volumes. A major signature of 20th-century glassmaking, Pierre d'AVESN was one of the master glassmakers of Lalique and Daum. Engraved in relief on one of the two candlesticks: P d'AVESN made in France. Thick, clear glass, very luminous. Beautiful refraction effects. In very good condition; offered with two small cream candles.
