Chairs by Alfred Homann for Fritz Hansen, 1992

This set of 6 ensemble chairs are made from a polymer alloy and chromed steel and designed by Alfred Homann. Homann designed these semi stackable chairs for Fritz Hansen late 20th century. Homann clearly aimed for symmetric aesthetics judging from the V shaped seat shell. He used chromed steel tubes for the base in an uncomplicated way. Apart from very robust these chairs are also very comfortable. These chairs are fully marked with Fritz Hansen and danish export control label. Further markings have been moulded into the shell. These chairs are in very good condition.
