Square glass pendant by Limburg, Germany, around 1970.

Very pretty and very original pendant light from around 1970 by the highly regarded German manufacturer Limburg. Of high quality, this pendant consists of a superb square diffuser made of thick moulded and pressed glass (its weight of nearly 3 kg requires a steel cable to reinforce and relieve the wire) measuring 26 cm on each side and 9 cm in height, held by a satin black steel grip with a plastic tube imitating wood that protects the socket. The conical ceiling light in black plastic measures 6 cm in height and 8.5 cm in diameter. The light fixture can be adjusted in height by the wire and cable up to 80 cm. In excellent condition, with no cracks or chips, there is just a scratch and slight tarnishing on the grip, as seen in the last photo, which are not noticeable when the light is suspended. This interesting pendant will bring a true vintage chic touch to your entrance hall with stunning light effects.
