Bright yellow ceramic coffee cups with their original asymmetrical white saucers, designed by Belgian ceramic manufacturer Jean Fasseaux during the 1970s. Their sculptural loop handles and bold colour palette perfectly capture the optimism of Space Age and Mid-Century Modern design. Beautiful as espresso cups or as decorative objects in an eclectic or modern interior. Both cups and saucers retain the original impressed JF mark. Designer / Manufacturer: Jean Fasseaux. Origin: Belgium. Period: 1970s. Material: Glazed ceramic. Colour: Mustard yellow & white. Condition. Very good vintage condition with light crazing to the glaze, typical of vintage ceramics. No chips or cracks. Sold as a pair.
