Chandelier Driade Matthew Boulton II 5 lights in metal attributed to Borek Sipek

Candle holder model “Matthew Boulton II” published by Driade, an iconic piece of contemporary Italian design, attributed to Czech designer Borek Sipek. This creation stands out with a chrome metal structure featuring intertwined tubular lines, forming a fluid and sculptural composition characteristic of postmodern language. The five sinuous arms hold slender conical candle holders, creating a play of balance between tension and movement. The whole rests on a stable circular base, with the Driade Kosmo label visible underneath. The diameter is approximately 25 to 27 cm and the height is close to 20 cm, an ideal size for a decorative centrepiece. In very good overall condition, with fine micro-scratches from use on the chrome and some marks under the base visible in the photo. No missing parts or deformation, perfectly stable structure. Attribution to Borek Sipek is based on the style and known productions of Driade during this period.
