Mexican chandelier tree of life by Aurelio Flores

Sublime and rare mexican terracotta candlestick. This candlestick for 3 candles represents a tree of life on which are arranged birds, flowers, characters. In the center of the pillar a deity is depicted with a cross, at the base of the tree, found two birds. There are also snakes on some branches. The colors are very bright and cheerful, they have kept their shine. This large candlestick is attributed to aurelio flores and dates back to about the 1930s. Aurelio flores is the pioneer and master of the popular art of living trees. This candlestick is a true work of art.
