Large oak refectory table

Antique work table or refectory table in solid oak and oak veneer. It dates from the early 20th century. Supported by three sturdy and stable double legs, it is of an imposing and quite remarkable size. It has been through the workshop for restoration. Its old varnish has been completely removed. It has been nourished and protected with a medium oak wax (Antique Wax Black Bison from Libéron) to restore its shine. The tabletop, made from a single piece, is in solid oak with a central section in oak veneer. It combines visual balance and structural integrity, making it ideal for large dining rooms or as a centrepiece in a spacious interior. The tabletop has a lovely patina, with the wax enhancing the wood's grain.
