Art Deco lounge chairs Swedish office furniture, Sweden, 1940s

These well-sculpted, high-end chairs were produced in the early 1940s for AB Svenska Kontorsmöbler AB. They are made of oiled oak and have new upholstery. The famous designer Axel Einar Hjort worked on the designs for the manufacturer and is credited as the designer of these two chairs. In good vintage condition, one chair has a crack in the armrest. New upholstery.
