Ball Chair Aarnio 1st edition 70

Magnificent original Ball Chair. This is an original production from the 1970s with a cast aluminium base (most copies have a lighter but much more fragile fibreglass base). Original dimensions, notably with a diameter of 110 cm; copies are often smaller. Night blue Kvadrat fabric in good used condition with the inner upholstery and the 2 original cushions. Fibreglass shell in its original state with some chips around the opening and marks on the sphere (see photos). There is a bit of play in the base, but the chair rotates and is completely solid and comfortable.
