Pair of large vases by the French ceramist Gilbert Méténier. 1920s-30s. Stoneware with iridescent and metallic sheen in shades of beige, brown, blue, and green. Gilbert Méténier was a French ceramist born in 1876 who took over his father's ceramics workshop in Gannat, in central France, in the 1920s. Excellent condition. Dimensions: height 48 cm X width 24 cm.
