Mid-Century Chrome and Glass Coffee Table by Milo Baughman, USA, 1970s

This coffee table was designed by Milo Baughman in the United States during the 1970s. The model is an excellent example of American modernist design from the period, combining a minimalist form with outstanding functionality. Its distinctive chromed metal construction and three circular glass tops give the piece a light, elegant, and timeless appearance. The frame is crafted from chromed metal with a mirror-polished finish. The table features three circular toughened glass tops. The two upper tops are mounted on articulated arms, allowing them to be freely extended and rotated in relation to the central section of the table. This practical solution makes it possible to adapt the arrangement to current needs, increasing the usable surface while giving the piece a dynamic and sculptural character. The table has undergone professional restoration. The chrome elements were carefully cleaned and polished, restoring their original high-gloss appearance. All toughened glass panels have been replaced with new ones, leaving the piece in excellent condition and ready for use.
