Wall coat holder with two metal pads

Two pretty and old double racks (for hat at the top, and coat at bottom) of metal mounted on a wooden plank, painted light blue (in the photos, the blue is a little more flashy, more turquoise than in reality), beveled on three sides... I guess it was a larger set, probably a long school wall coat rack, which was sawn into several pieces and then repainted. The racks have pretty curves and a very finely engraved face on it (between the 4 screws). They are entirely metal, in one piece, even the ball, which has a very nice patina pulling towards brown. They are still solid, but show traces of use and time: remnants of several coats of paint, scratches, stains, a little rust... They seem a little distorted (original. By use?). The board has two holes to be attached to the wall. It measures 40 cm by 10 cm and is 2.5 cm thick. The whole thing weighs about 730g.
