Antique Wedgwood Etruria Poterat 4 Piece

Antique lot composed of a very rare piece - tureen/ soup bowl with vegetable lid with marked ladle and support plate together. Made by Wedgwood & Son Ltd. Etruria circa 1915-1925 with the French Poterat pattern used from 1913. Made using stoneware techniques with a patterned edge, painted in enamels imitating the French tile design with the pattern known as 'Poterat' made for the French Market. The tureen is marked with the name of the manufacturer, the origin and the name of the model, but it also has other markings in the material with the series and country of origin England. The ladle has the Etruria Poterat material and decoration and the manufacturing mark. The support plate has the Etruria Poterat decoration and the date, country and manufacturer markings.
