Signed glazed stoneware vase

This slender cylindrical vase evokes a volcanic column frozen in time. Thrown in raw stoneware, it is partially glazed with an ash gray veil, with shades of moss and rust, revealing a strongly textured, almost mineral base. The interior reveals a deep brown and the slightly flared opening gives the whole an archaic look. A sculptural and sober piece, which evokes earth, fire and passage. Signed under the base. Dimensions: height 23 cm X width 10 cm X opening diameter 8.5 cm.
