Superb old educational poster by Deyrolle dedicated to cocoa, illustrating the entire process surrounding this iconic material: pod, beans, cultivation, transformation, and tasting. This board combines botanical illustrations, scenes of harvesting, and indulgent representations in a delicate composition typical of the famous Deyrolle editions.
