A vintage and classic jewel of mid-century modernist design, the ROYAL shelving system captivates with its modern and timeless design. Conceived in 1958 by Poul Cadovius, the Royal System revolutionises interior design by freeing up floor space and utilising the verticality of the wall. It transforms storage into a true architectural composition. This three-panel configuration has a total width of 240 cm and a height of 255 cm. It includes: * 2 modules with sliding doors (depth 46 cm) * 1 secretary/bar module (depth 38 cm) * 7 modular shelves (depth 22 cm) * 3 wall panels with integrated rails. The secretary allows for the integration of a discreet office space or a small bar. The lower modules provide generous storage while maintaining the visual lightness characteristic of the suspended system. Condition. A period piece showing imperfections related to time, but superb overall! Slight discolourations in places. A few areas of wood marked or slightly damaged. These marks are consistent with its age.
