Large and beautiful bowl, made by Poul Hern Denmark 1980s. It is 85 cm in height, 29.5 cm in diameter and weighs 2400 grams. We don't know much about the potter Poul Hern, other than that he had a workshop in North Zealand, about 25 kilometres north of Copenhagen. And that most of his works were made during the 1980s. His works are rare and of good quality. It is without chips, cracks or other defects, however, it has two firing cracks (not through, only on the surface) inside the bowl, to be mentioned but unimportant. See last picture.
