Designer stoneware carafe signed

Superb enamelled stoneware carafe, a unique piece with a sculptural design typical of the 60s. This work, probably of nordic origin, perfectly reflects the modernist aesthetic of the time, with a harmonious marriage between form and texture. • material: glazed stoneware with natural tones of brown and blue, accentuated by a remarkable relief texture. • asymmetrical and geometric shape, highlighted by an openwork triangular handle, characteristic of the scandinavian or canadian modernist style. • signed below, with a handwritten engraving that appears to be “s le f”, and a relief stamp on the side, confirming its authenticity and artisanal origin. The carafe is in excellent condition, without cracks or chips. The enamels are intact and reveal a superb play of colours under the light. Height 33cm width 20cm this carafe can also be used as a decorative object. Its strong presence also makes it a superb vase or collector's item.
