Ceramic fish lamp slip 1950s-60s

Beautiful night light ceramic fish vallauris. 🐠 the mother fish is ceramic with a pink and golden enamel with a glazed appearance. The décor is composed of two small green and blue fish. The base is water green. 💡e10 bulb supplied. Bakelite plug without original switch. ✨ perfect condition, works. Dimensions: h 17 X w 14 X d 10 cm. Fish lamps history: vallauris lamps were produced on the côte d'azur (france) between the 1950s and early 1970s. They are also part of a very old tradition of pottery from the south of the france and a kitsch revival inspired by the proximity of the sea. Produced in series but hand-painted by small hands, they are handcrafted and are all unique.
