An unusual and striking sculptural lamp, handcrafted from forged iron in the shape of a medieval-style helmet. The dome is set with coloured glass cabochons in red, amber, green, and blue, while a chainmail fringe hangs from the rim. Mounted on a twisted wrought iron stand with a flared base. Condition: Good vintage condition according to its age, nice patina on metal. Place of origin: Europe. Design period: 1970s.
