Very elegant Simris model created by Anders Pehrson on consultation to equip the sites of the Munich Olympic Games in 1972. This lamp is at the origin of a great development for the small Swedish lighting company Atelje Lyktan (this company still exists and maintains its old models). High quality construction: black lacquered head, chrome stem, black leather base, metal diffuser hiding two bulbs (type E14), switch activating one or two bulbs simultaneously. Practical and elegant, the single adjustment on the stem allows the lamp to be tilted and adjusted in height. Original model from 1972, in very good condition, works perfectly. Some signs of age, very limited (see photos). Adjustable height from 38cm to 55cm (max setting), width: 20cm (base diameter), 18cm (lamp diameter). For certification, see the manufacturer's website atelje lyktan: https://www.ateljelyktan.se/products/luminaires/simris-table.
