Antique salad bowl from Moulin des Loups, blue Marie-Louise pattern

Large antique ironstone salad bowl from the Moulin des Loups factory, in the famous "Marie-Louise" pattern, adorned with a sumptuous floral garland in a lovely deep blue running along the entire rim. The finely detailed motif blends large flowers, foliage, and small blossoms in an elegant and timeless composition. The famous Marie-Louise pattern is unusual, though not commonly found in this large bowl shape on a small footed base. With its ivory white color and authentic patina, this dish exudes a captivating charm, typical of beautiful serving pieces from the early 20th century. The visible signs of use in the center and on the rim tell the story of its past and contribute fully to its decorative aura—a piece that doesn't strive for perfection, but for soul. A very fine factory stamp in its Nord form, featuring the Marie-Louise pattern and its famous mill. In good vintage condition, with a rich patina, signs of wear consistent with age, and a pronounced and uneven patina on one side, the rim, and the base. Consistent with its age.
