Its relatively compact size makes it a storage piece that is both practical and decorative, ideal for a living room, office, or bedroom. Features: this antique bookshelf, from the late 19th century, is recognisable by its Directoire style with fluted columns, turned bun feet, and its strict and understated lines. It opens with two mesh doors revealing four shelves. The lock is no longer functional, but the door closes perfectly. The bookshelf has four shelves, the height of which is adjustable thanks to a rack and pinion system. Renovation: the bookshelf has been sanded on the outside and partially on the inside.
