Pair of large Rocaille / Rococo style wall lights late 19th century

Large and superb pair of 2-light rocaille style wall lights. Manufactured late 19th-early 20th century. Bronze construction. Gilding in perfect condition with a superb shine. The sconces are richly decorated with acanthus leaves, scrolls and ribbons. The bottom of the sconces, with acanthus leaf motif, curls; very original. The carving is fine and done by hand, very beautiful work. Supplied with 4 tulips, glass paste, translucent. They are recently made, very good condition; note, a petal is missing but barely visible once the tulip is installed on the wall lamp (see last photo).
