Saturn floor lamp by Jaroslav Bejvl, Czechoslovakia, 1970s

This original Saturn floor lamp was designed by Jaroslav Bejvl and produced in Czechoslovakia during the 1970s. The lamp features a black lacquered metal structure combined with a milky glass diffuser framed by bold horizontal rings, creating a striking yet softly illuminated presence. A hallmark of Czechoslovak mid-century and space-age inspired lighting, the Saturn model is both sculptural and functional. The lamp remains in original condition with light wear consistent with age and has been professionally rewired to meet US standards. It uses one E26–E27 bulb. A rare and collectible lighting piece suitable for modernist interiors and design-focused collections.
