A beautiful set of three nesting tables designed by Jan Schrofer, manufactured by Ahrend de Cirkel in the Netherlands in the 1930s. Made from high-quality chrome-plated metal with black laminate tops. The curves of the tubular frame, the contrasting colours, and the subtly rounded corners of the rectangular tops all contribute to the typical Bauhaus style of the pieces. A lovely set from the early 90s that is both beautiful and versatile! The tables can nest together, be placed separately in the room, or grouped, with each arrangement having its own aesthetic value and practicality. A wonderful find! The tables remain in good vintage condition with slight signs of wear consistent with age and use, preserving a lovely patina.
