This candy box with lid reflects the Brutalist glass aesthetic of the 1970s, characterised by thick blocks of transparent cut and hammered glass with inserts of deep red and smoky glass. The cylindrical container features an exterior perimeter formed by faceted prisms that create luminous contrasts and geometric reflections through the transparent body. The matching removable lid is topped with a faceted glass knob that echoes the relief work of the base and side panels. Its proportions allow it to be used as a decorative container, candy box or sculptural centrepiece on consoles, coffee tables or shelves in contemporary or mid-century interior design projects.
