Height – 20 cm. Dimensions – 18 X 9 cm. Very good condition. Alexandre Kostanda was a French-Polish ceramicist who worked in Vallauris, Biot, and Cluny before the war, and then again in Vallauris from 1949 onwards. His work is refined, with a rustic appearance but great finesse, featuring floral or abstract motifs in colors close to the natural hues of clay. This vase is a lovely example.
