Polychrome slipware dessert plate, with a floral decoration, early 20th century.

Beautiful dessert plate in polychrome majolica, early 20th century, 1900-1920, between Art Nouveau and early Art Deco designs. It features a relief decoration of stylised foliage and flowers in green, turquoise, and pink tones, enhanced by a central brown ring, set against a lightly patterned geometric background. The whole piece offers a lovely effect of texture and colour typical of productions from this period. Very good overall condition with slight wear from use in the centre and on the edge, as well as a discreet micro chip on the reverse, with an unidentifiable brush signature on the back.
