Old painting, Provencal landscape, signed, XX century

Very nice painting, oil on canvas, representing a provencal landscape with the view of a bay and in height typical provencal residences with olive trees and pines. Very nice gradient of pastel colors and greens. It is signed lower left carlo and has a gilded wooden frame slightly tanned in places. Condition: canvas in good condition, no restoration, slightly dusty sky in places and frame with some wear of time and small lack of gilding to resume (see the many photos).
