Large Louis XVI Style Trumeau Mirror

Magnificent large louis XVI style trumeau mirror in light grey rechampi wood and gilded stucco. The pediment is decorated with two floral garlands attached to a central ribbon knot and topped with a basket of flowers. The molded frame is decorated with a pearl frieze and a ribbon wrapped in acanthus leaves. The mirror is beveled and in good condition. Small lacks of gilding - and lack of material on the base. Late 19th - early 20th century dimensions: height 160 cm X width 98 cm X thickness 5 cm.
