Matching pair french antique brass push up round candlesticks 4063

Here we have a lovely pair french antique push up telescopic candle sticks dating from the 1800s. The bases are round and in a simplistic design and the columns have a beaded detail. The telescopic mechanism is working well on both candlesticks and can be raised or lowered by 7.5cm (3"). They are in good antique condition with lovely aged patina and age related marks. They have been cleaned but not polished so you can decide on the finish. The mechanisms are working well. The rims are a little misshapen which is a result of their use and passage in time.
