Pair of raviers Villeroy & Boch Mettlach, model 1562 "Alt Strassburg / Vieux Strasbourg". Stamped (green) " Villeroy & Boch / Mettlach / Made in France-Saar Economic Union / 1562". Villeroy & Boch re-issued this model in the 1980s (brown stamp); These are pieces from the original series produced in the 1950s (before 1956). Floral decoration (tulip in the center) on an ecru background, gently chamfered border, enhanced by a forest green net. Fine semi-porcelain earthenware. Beautiful quality in beautiful condition: no trace of use, glossy enamel. Only defects: trace of two air bubbles taken in the enamel (see detailed photos), ginning on a slice. Dimensions: lo 23 cm, la 14 cm.
