Elegant complete coffee service consisting of 12 cups and 12 matching saucers, this set is signed on the back by the brand "Helvetia Déposé Express" and is a beautiful illustration of the craftsmanship of this French manufacturer specialised in table ceramics for catering and table arts. In Mid-Century / French bistro style, these generously curved and stout cups charmingly evoke the world of French espresso from the 1950s-1960s. The sober and robust design, characteristic of this era, combines functionality with discreet elegance, reminiscent of the services found in both grand Parisian cafés and bourgeois tables. Made of glazed ceramic, the cups and saucers feature a stunning glossy fir green glaze on the outside, elegantly contrasting with an immaculate ivory white interior.
