Set of 6 snail dishes/plates, ceramic factory of gien (loire valley, north of the france), manufactured around 1970. They are quite heavy (480 gr / u), and have the particularity of being baked (fire-glazed porcelain) They have twelve small wells = 12 snails and have 2 small handles to facilitate service. Honey yellow or mustard yellow, the borders and ears are enhanced with a brown glaze. Stamped: gien porcelain france. Width: 20 cm from one handle to another, height 3 cm.
