Rotating wooden display

Advertising display (very discreet) in wood, perhaps an office organizer or other. As I plunged my lens into the center of the object, I found the inscription eludril, pharmaceutical brand. It is rotating and in good condition. Its color is reminiscent of mahogany unless it is. I found nothing on the web about this object as unusual as practical. What is certain is that it is not new.
