A sideboard where craftsmanship and tranquility come together. This Danish design sideboard by Hundevad from the 1960s is made of warm teak wood with a refined finish and carefully considered details. The body and doors are made of solid teak combined with teak veneer. The panels are joined at a sharp angle, giving the furniture a clear line. The doors feature a beautiful mirrored veneer pattern with the grain subtly continuing from left to right. Both doors have a lock with a key and are hung in solid brass fittings. Behind the doors, the light birch veneer contrasts elegantly with the warm teak tones. The interior is functionally arranged. On the left are three original drawers, height adjustable, allowing you to customize the layout as desired. The top drawer is lined with green velvet, a refined detail that immediately catches the eye. On the right are two adjustable shelves. The whole stands on four tapered wooden legs, making the furniture appear light in the room. The sideboard is very suitable as a TV cabinet or as a stylish piece for tableware, books, or a record player. In our workshop, we have professionally renovated this piece. Old finish layers have been removed, the wood has been carefully restored and treated with a high-quality matte furniture oil. The warm tones and fine grain pattern are thus fully brought out. With purchase, you receive maintenance instructions with matching furniture oil to keep the piece in top condition.
